Instant Moong Dal Halwa(yellow)
Ingredients for Moong Dal Halwa
- Moong dal powder 100 grams
- Desi Ghee 100 grams
- Condensed milk 50 grams
- Sugar 140 grams
- Milk 1 cup
- Dry fruits (almond,chasew nuts, raisins etc -1/4 cup)
Recipie
- Heat ghee in a thick -bottomed pan and add the moong dal power and saute , stirring continuously,over low heat till the dal powder turn brown.
- Add sugar and saute for one minute
- Add milk and mixed it well when milk fully absorbed then add condensed milk and saute it for two minutes.
- Pour it into serving dish and decorate with dry fruits
Tip : If halwa leave the pan it means it will completely cook.
