Instant Moong Dal Halwa(yellow)








Ingredients for Moong Dal Halwa
    • Moong dal powder      100 grams
    • Desi Ghee                 100 grams
    • Condensed milk         50 grams
    • Sugar                        140 grams
    • Milk                          1 cup
    • Dry fruits                  (almond,chasew nuts, raisins etc -1/4 cup)

Recipie 

  1. Heat ghee in a thick -bottomed pan and add the moong dal power and saute , stirring continuously,over low heat till the dal powder turn brown.
  2. Add sugar and saute for one minute
  3. Add milk and mixed it well when milk fully absorbed then add condensed milk and saute it for two minutes.
  4. Pour it into serving dish and decorate with dry fruits


Tip :  If halwa leave the pan it means it will completely cook.
